අපගේ POS software එක cloud-based වන අතර installation අවශ්‍ය නොවේ. ඔබගේ credentials භාවිතා කර poslk.com වෙත login වන්න. Receipt printer සහ barcode scanner setup සඳහා අපගේ technical team ඔබගේ ස්ථානයට පැමිණ initial setup කරයි.

අවම වශයෙන්, ඔබට internet connection සහිත computer හෝ tablet එකක් අවශ්‍ය වේ. සම්පූර්ණ setup එකක් සඳහා අපි recommend කරන්නේ:

- Computer හෝ tablet
- Receipt printer
- Barcode scanner
- Cash drawer

අපට ඔබගේ subscription package එකේ කොටසක් ලෙස සියලුම අවශ්‍ය hardware සපයා දිය හැකිය.

Receipt printer එක වැඩ නොකරන්නේ නම්:

1. Printer එක power on කර ඇතිදැයි check කරන්න
2. USB cable එක properly connect කර ඇතිදැයි check කරන්න
3. Printer driver install කර ඇතිදැයි check කරන්න
4. Paper තිබේදැයි check කරන්න
5. Printer settings correct කර ඇතිදැයි check කරන්න

තවමත් problem තිබේ නම් අපගේ technical support අමතන්න.

නව product category එකක් create කිරීමට:

1. Admin panel එකට login වන්න
2. Products > Categories වෙත යන්න
3. "Add New Category" button click කරන්න
4. Category name එක type කරන්න
5. Description එක type කරන්න (optional)
6. Parent category එක select කරන්න (sub-category සඳහා)
7. "Save" button click කරන්න

Categories organize කිරීමට drag and drop භාවිතා කරන්න.

Sales reports generate කිරීමට:

1. Reports section එකට යන්න
2. Report type එක select කරන්න:
• Daily sales report
• Monthly sales report
• Product-wise sales report
• Customer-wise sales report
3. Date range එක select කරන්න
4. "Generate Report" button click කරන්න
5. Report එක download කරන්න හෝ print කරන්න

Reports PDF, Excel, හෝ CSV format වලින් export කළ හැකිය.
